November 2013

Hi JP Friends,

Work at the Joshua Project continues…the Day Center is FULL, hospitals are overflowing, the Open Hearts Ministry is growing, and we are hanging on to God and His promises for strength and health.

Here is a snapshot from Tresha’s week:

A’s eyes opened wide with pain, fear, and confusion, searching mine for answers as she began to speak of the cancer she might have; terrified that she didn’t know where she would go should she die. She asked me to pray for her healing and peace. Before I could begin, the Lord spoke to my heart saying, “She must pray for herself too.” So, I asked her to start. Little did I know her prayer would bring me to my knees. “Lord, please help me and please forgive me…thank you for this place and these people to show me how much I need you…I give my heart and the rest of my life to you!” Oh that she will know Him for the rest of her life!

The work here at the Joshua Project is urgent and our mission? That ALL would know Him for the rest of their lives. We are building the Kingdom together. This is for real. This is for ETERNITY. Wow! No AIDS…no Cancer will ever stop this. Eternity is coming soon and Salvation is here!

Thank you for praying and giving for eternity. May God richly bless you!

Love and prayers,

Tresha, Andy, Claudia and Tony at the JP
